讲座题目:Adaptive
Fault-Tolerant Control of Aircraft Flight Systems
报告简介:Adverse onboard conditions of the aircraft flight system,
such as airframe damage, actuator failures, actuator nonlinearities, sensor
uncertainties, can largely deteriorate flight performance and even lead to
severe accidents if not promptly and properly mitigated. In this speech, novel
multivariable model reference adaptive control (MRAC) schemes are applied to
compensate for uncertainties caused by damage and actuator failures. With a key
design condition—invariant system infinite zero structure, the new adaptive
fault-tolerant control schemes can guarantee system stability and signal
tracking performance before and after damage and actuator failures. Some
high-fidelity simulation results on NASA generic transport model will be
presented to show the effectiveness of the adaptive fault-tolerant control on
the aircraft flight systems.
郭家兴博士简介:Dr. Jiaxing Guo received his B.S. degree in
Engineering, and M.S. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from
Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2005 and 2008. He received
his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia in
2013 with emphasis on multivariable adaptive control theory and its
applications to fault-tolerant systems. Dr. Guo is now a Senior Research
Scientist at AOL/Verizon responsible for developing control, estimation,
optimization, and machine learning algorithms for AOL’s programmatic and
automated advertising systems. His research interests include adaptive control,
nonlinear control, fault-tolerant control, fault detection, machine learning,
and their applications to performance critical systems with uncertainties. With
a passion for control, optimization, machine learning, and bidding strategies, his
work has resulted in 20 influential papers and U.S. patents.
